GILBZ was tasked with shooting footage for Marram Montauk's Wellness Weekend event, sponsored by AARMY. Their mission involved capturing compelling footage of the activities, classes, and serene landscapes, showcasing the event's atmosphere and promoting a sense of wellness. GILBZ utilized their skills to create a visually captivating portrayal of the event.
Challenge
During the Marram Montauk's Wellness Weekend event shoot, GILBZ encountered the challenge of an unfavorable atmosphere due to rainy and cloudy conditions. The weather posed difficulties in capturing the desired visuals and ambiance for the event. However, we adapted by creatively working with the available lighting and incorporating unique angles to create compelling content despite the weather limitations.
Goal
GILBZ had the goal of capturing Marram Montauk's branding in every shot, while ensuring that the brand imagery aligned with the hotel's atmosphere and the people attending the Wellness Event. We aimed to create visuals that showcased the unique experience, tranquility, and rejuvenation offered by the hotel, capturing the essence of the event and engaging the target audience.
Solution
To address the challenge of difficult lighting conditions and limited amenities at Marram Montauk, GILBZ employed advanced photography techniques and creative composition to make the most of the available lighting. We strategically worked with the open amenities and leveraged the natural surroundings to create visually compelling content that accurately reflected the brand's identity and showcased the unique experience of the property.
